SEATED SUPPER:

BEL CANTO
Italian for “beautiful singing”.  A traditional Italian style of singing that emphasizes the tone, phrasing, coloratura passages and technique. This dish exemplifies the layers of complexity which creates “beautiful cooking”.

Music is written for two performers to sing together. Two styles of cooking work together to create a harmonious dish.
