Our clients tend to appreciate that the focus of our culinary program is to help support local farms and produce. We are proud to be a Certified Green Restaurant®.

Chef’s Expressions prides itself on using local and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Our Chefs buy from numerous Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware farmers and producers.

We are proud to support local farms whenever possible for our eggs, butter, cream, lettuces, herbs, corn, tomatoes, bison, lamb, pork, chicken and cheese. During the harvest season, our Executive Chef visits the farmer’s market twice weekly to procure fresh produce.
