David Brooks is a favorite among the Chef’s Expressions team – mostly because he always has sweets around him!  David is native to Essex, England but while at a four-star boutique hotel in the Isle of Jersey, an American entrepreneur lured him to Baltimore to consult for several bakeries. As Chef’s Expressions’ Pastry Chef, he delights our clients with his dessert sensations such as Cheesecake Lollipops, Peanut Butter Sins, and Apple Pie Pops.
