Ted Berencz, the Director of Personnel, only hires the best … He has worked in the catering industry since the age of 15 when he knew he wanted to be in the food service industry. Ted attended high school with a culinary major and then attended Baltimore International College to receive a degree in Food & Beverage Management. In 2010, Ted came to Chef’s Expressions to continue the company’s three pillars of success: being passionate about what we do, giving back to the community, and being creating memorable moments for guests at each event.
