Our Pastry Chef, David Brooks, shares the recipe he used to construct Fairy-Tale Gingerbread Houses! David recently used this exact recipe when our team took a visit to the Gramercy Mansion on December, 16th, 2013. We indulged in some fun holiday festivities, including building Gingerbread Houses with our friends from Gallagher Services.
