Will Jones, Executive Party Chef, joined Chef’s Expressions in 1997 as an intern, working only one day a week. In the fall of 1997, Will attended the Baltimore International Culinary College and graduated in the Spring of 1999. While in attendance at BIC, Will traveled to Ireland for an International Culinary Course and Experience. In 1999, Will began a full-time career with Chef’s Expressions as prep cook. Will’s fine palate, calm demeanor and organizational skills make him a natural leader in the kitchen.
In the past 10 years, he has honed his culinary skills at the side of two great catering chefs, Vito Piazza, Culinary Olympian, and Chef John Walsh, Baltimore’s Premier Catering Chef. Will has become an excellent Chef in his own right and supervises the culinary team at Chef’s Expressions, executing the finest catering cuisine in the region.
